If you have ever tried to enter the world of low carb diet, you know that the biggest challenge is avoiding carbohydrate-filled temptations. But hold on!
Just because we cut out bread and rice doesn't mean we're going to live on dry chicken and boring lettuce. I've been through that phase myself and I can assure you: low carb can be tasty, yes!
And to prove it to you, I'm going to share some recipes that saved me when I thought I was going to give up. They're easy, quick and so delicious that you won't even miss the carbs.

- Oregano (because it gives it that charm)
How to do it:
- Beat the eggs with a fork until they foam a little.
